The class starts at 8:00am and runs through 12:30pm. It will focus on the brewing process, with both brewers (John and George) walking you through a step by step display of their normal brewday. The class will also feature a flight tasting of their beers with education about the particular styles of beer and flavors associated with those styles. The ticket price is 75 dollars per person, with only a limited number of tickets remaining.
